- Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your payment provider.
- After Shipment:
- Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, we recommend waiting for the package to arrive and then initiating a return in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy. Shipping costs for returning the item may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the reason for return.
2. Custom and Personalized Orders
- Cancellation Timeline:
- For custom or personalized orders, cancellations are only possible within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Due to the unique nature of these products, production typically begins shortly after the order is placed.
- If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us immediately at info@hallosara.shop. If your order is already in production, we may not be able to cancel it, and the item will be shipped as originally requested.
- Non-Cancellable Items:
- Some custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started. This includes but is not limited to items that have been specifically tailored to your specifications, such as engraved products or made-to-order items.
3. Subscription Services (if applicable)
- Cancellation of Subscriptions:
- If you have subscribed to any recurring services or products (e.g., monthly product subscriptions), you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly at info@hallosara.shop.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. If a charge has already been processed, it will not be refunded, but your subscription will be terminated before the next cycle.
4. Refund Process

- Please note that gift cards and store credit issued by Hallo Sara are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Final Sale Items:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. These items are sold as-is, and all sales are final.

- Force Majeure:
